Construction Laborers

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for our Frewsburg, NY client. Our client is looking for Construction Laborers.

• Assist with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and perform general labor duties.
• Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

This is full time and pay is based on experience $18-$23/hr.
