Suffolk offers an entry-level rotational program for recent college graduates aimed at building core construction skills. Through three eight-month rotations in Project Management, Estimating and Field Operations, you’ll gain broad exposure and hands-on experience.
As a Career Start participant, you’ll work with project teams, assist with bid development and take-offs, and learn how projects are planned, scheduled and executed on site.
