• Assist with asphalt paving, grading, and site preparation
• Shovel, rake, and smooth asphalt during paving operations
• Help establish grades, elevations, and slopes for construction projects
• Support pipe installation, concrete work, and general construction tasks
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and construction materials
• Operate hand tools and basic construction equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects on time
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Perform additional labor tasks as needed to support project success

Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day

Ability to team lift up to 100 lbs.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work safely in a team environment

Willingness to work overtime when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elma, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
