Job Details
Senior Project Manager – Ground Up Affordable Housing, $150,000 - $225,000 per year.
Project scope: 120–500 million dollar residential high‑rise and lump‑sum projects based in NYC.
Benefits: 401k match and bonus.
- Senior / Lead Project Manager with soup to nuts experience for large‑scale high‑rise residential projects in NYC.
- Procore and Bluebeam software experience – highly preferred.
