Annual Salary Range: $110,000 - $165,000 + Full Benefits
- Oversee and manage interior construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Supervise on-site construction activities and manage subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement timely solutions.
- Maintain project budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-effective project execution.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to upper management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing interior construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and interior specifications.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in the construction or interiors industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully completed projects within budget and on schedule.
- Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Competitive annual salary range of $110,000 - $165,000 based on experience and qualifications.
