Annual Salary Range: $110,000 - $165,000 + Full Benefits

• Oversee and manage interior construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and manage subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain project budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-effective project execution.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to upper management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing interior construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and interior specifications.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in the construction or interiors industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully completed projects within budget and on schedule.
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
