Our client is a fast-growing infrastructure organization expanding its footprint across the Northeast and looking for a motivated early-career professional who wants to build a career in project management. This is an opportunity to get out from behind a desk, learn how complex infrastructure projects come together, and work alongside experienced professionals while taking on increasing responsibility. The Junior Project Manager will support multiple active projects, spend meaningful time in the field, and gain hands-on exposure to construction, connectivity, and technology deployments in a high-energy environment where initiative and follow-through are valued.
This Role Offers:

- A strong opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional to develop practical project management and field operations experience.

- Direct access to experienced team members who can help accelerate your technical and professional development.
- A fast-moving environment where motivated employees can earn greater responsibility as they demonstrate their capabilities.
Focus:
- Support several active infrastructure projects by helping coordinate schedules, priorities, field activities, and upcoming deadlines.
- Visit project locations regularly to gather information, confirm progress, assist field teams, and help address day-to-day execution needs.
- Keep project details organized by maintaining status updates, documentation, task lists, photos, notes, and other records needed by the team.
- Communicate with internal team members, technicians, contractors, vendors, and property contacts to keep activities moving and expectations clear.
- Identify potential delays, access challenges, missing information, or other project issues and quickly bring them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with planning upcoming work, coordinating resources, and following through on open items until they are resolved.
- Learn the technical and operational fundamentals behind fiber, wireless, internet infrastructure, and building-based connectivity projects.
- Take on broader project ownership over time as knowledge, judgment, and experience grow.
Skill Set:
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to keep multiple projects, deadlines, priorities, and follow-up items on track.
- Early-career candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Direct telecommunications or construction experience is not required for a candidate who demonstrates strong potential and a genuine desire to learn.
- Comfortable spending significant time in the field, visiting job sites, supporting project teams, and stepping in wherever needed to help move work forward.
- Available to travel up to 50 percent based on project requirements.
- Entrepreneurial, hardworking, energetic, and highly motivated, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take ownership.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, reporting, teamwork, and follow-through skills.
- Demonstrated interest in expanding technical knowledge across connectivity, communications, construction, and related infrastructure environments.
