Project Executive

Following a recent expansion, a NY Heavy Civil GC are confidentially seeking a Project Executive to lead key operations/project delivered by Design-build, CMAR and Design-bid-build delivery methods.

With over 60 years of experience in heavy civil construction, they have established themselves as a key player in the NY/NJ market partnering with some of the leading NYS/NYC Authorities to deliver complex infrastructure work up to $1Bn and above.

• Provide executive oversight of large-scale heavy civil projects.
• Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and project teams.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and risk.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, DOTs, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and profitability across projects.
• Support estimating, preconstruction, business development, and project pursuits.
• Identify and resolve commercial, operational, and contractual issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• 15+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing major infrastructure projects.
• Background in highway, bridge, transportation, utilities, rail, or other heavy civil work
  .
• Strong understanding of contracts, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
