PCC has serviced the tri-state area in sewer, water mains, roadwork, and site work for over 25 years.
PCC's clients include New York State and City agencies such as the DOT, DEP, DDC, DPR, EDC, and SCA, among others.
- 7–10 years of construction management experience.
- Experience managing mixed-use building projects.
- Strong knowledge of NYC DOB requirements and regulations.
- OSHA 62-Hour SST Card required.
- Ability to travel to assigned job sites.
- Manage daily construction operations, schedules, and subcontractors.
- Perform quality control and ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
- Identify and resolve construction conflicts and project issues.
- Maintain daily job site logs and monitor project progress.
- Walk job sites daily to oversee activities and assist with planning.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Track employee time, approve timecards, and manage work schedules.
- Price, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and vendor proposals.
- Provide progress updates regarding project costs and timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
- Communicate using the following tools: telephone, fax machine, written logs, email, computer, digital camera.
- Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures.
- Monitoring job-site general health and safety.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- Strong leadership, team building, and management skills
