Join one of Cobalt’s top-performing desks and step into a busy New York construction market with an established client base, repeat business and a strong flow of live roles.

The team works across General Contractors, Developers, Subcontractors and Construction Managers, covering Commercial, Multi-Family, Heavy Civil, Cap Ex, Healthcare and MEP.

• Own and grow a specialist area of the New York construction market
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across clients and candidates
• Develop existing accounts and win new business
• Negotiate terms and build long-term client relationships
• Collaborate across the team, with a strong culture of sharing roles and revenue
• Contribute to the continued growth of the desk

• Construction or built environment recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of the New York market
• Proven 360 and business development experience
• Commercial, proactive and relationship-led
• Someone ambitious who wants to keep developing

• Autonomy and flexibility, with a focus on outcomes rather than rigid KPIs
