We are seeking a detail-oriented Superintendent with 4+ years of construction supervision experience, particularly in renovation and commercial interiors projects. In this role, you oversee all on-site construction activities for tenant fit-outs in commercial office parks, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders, and serve as the primary on-site representative to clients and project partners.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities for tenant fit-ups in commercial office parks.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met while proactively addressing delays or issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets project specifications, building codes, and company quality standards.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols on site, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to contracts, schedules, and quality expectations.
- Track on-site costs, monitor material usage, and promptly report budget concerns to the Project Manager.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site teams, project managers, architects, engineers, and clients, providing clear and regular progress updates.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and punch lists.
- Identify, anticipate, and resolve on-site challenges such as material shortages, design conflicts, or unforeseen conditions with minimal impact on the project timeline.
- Represent the project professionally to external stakeholders and act as the visible on-site leader throughout project execution.
- Minimum of 4+ years of construction experience, including direct construction supervision.
- Proven experience with commercial interiors and renovation projects.
- Hands-on experience with site construction activities, including multi-family and wood frame construction.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors effectively, including performance, scheduling, and quality oversight.
- Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety compliance on construction sites.
- Strong computer skills for schedule management, documentation, and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines simultaneously while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Ability to build positive relationships with external stakeholders and represent projects professionally.
This role is primarily field-based, with approximately 85% of your time spent on job sites and about 15% in the office. Projects are located within the immediate capital region, focusing on tenant fit-outs in commercial office parks and commercial interiors work. You will work closely with on-site teams, subcontractors, and project leadership in a fast-paced, safety-focused construction environment, with regular coordination meetings and ongoing collaboration across disciplines.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
