Salary Range: $72,100.00 To $74,260.00 Annually
EssentialJob Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis and direct workers accordingly.
- Track and monitor contractual conditions of contractor performance.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis.
- Analyze, manage and mitigate site safety risks as appropriate and elevate to management as required.
- Prepare internal reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques on site.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent with advanced skills training in electrical, plumbing and other building trades areas.
Minimum Requirements:
- Six years of masonry/construction supervisory experience, which included general building maintenance experience in all trades areas, and which also included four or more years’ apprenticeship under a state licensed builder/contractor.
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience with Neo Gard / Sika product application and process as a certified applicator is a plus.
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety requirements related to construction
- Working knowledge with project management programs.
- Effective written/oral communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Bi-Lingual is a plus.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to lawfully drive
- Drug screening, as permitted by, and consistent with, applicable law.
Persons performing service in this position classification may routinely exert up to 100 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This type of work will involve regular walking or standing for extended periods of time. It may involve stooping or bending. Handling and working with various materials and objects are important aspects of this job.
