Our client is seeking experienced Project Manager
s to lead large-scale industrial capital construction projects across multiple U.S. locations. These are highly visible projects that require strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements

.Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading all phases of complex industrial capital projects from initial planning through engineering, construction, commissioning, and project closeout. The successful candidate will partner closely with engineering, construction, operations, procurement, maintenance, finance, and safety teams while managing contractors and driving successful project execution
.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large industrial CAPEX construction projects
- .Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and project controls
- .Manage the complete project lifecycle from feasibility and engineering through construction, commissioning, and final closeout
- .Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Construction, Operations, Procurement, Maintenance, Safety, and Finance
- .Manage outside engineering firms, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- .Monitor project scope, schedule, costs, quality, and safety while ensuring contract compliance
- .Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- .Present project updates and capital expenditure requests to executive leadership
- .Oversee commissioning, startup, testing, and transition to operations
The New York project requires an experienced project leader capable of managing large industrial capital projects from planning through commissioning while partnering closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule
.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- .Minimum 8 years of construction project experience with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role
- .Preferred 10–15 years managing large industrial construction or EPC projects
- .Experience managing projects within one or more of the following industries
- Oil & Gas
- Energy
- Power Generation
- Utilities
- Heavy Industrial Manufacturing
- Chemical Processing
- infrastructure
- Proven experience managing contractors, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project execution
- .Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices and environmental compliance
- .Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- .Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple work streams simultaneously
