• Tracktheprojectscopebylineitemsastheyrelatetothejobphasesandschedule.
  
  Identifycostslippage,overruns,potential overruns,savings opportunities,andreportthesetothe
  
  Project
  
  Manager.
• Supporttheprojectteaminthepreparationandreviewofchangeorders,back charges,andcosttransfers.
• Reviewandverifycraftlabortimesheetsfromthe Foreman.
• Codeandapproveinvoiceswith Accounts Payable and Contract Administration .
• Effectivelymanagerelationshipswithvendorsandsubcontractors.
• Responsibleforcoordinatingwith Project Manage rand Contract Administratortopreparemonthlyrequisitionsforclientreview .
• Assistinthepreparationoffinancialreporting.

• 1+yearsofrelevantexperience,ideallyinenergy-infrastructure construction(e.g.,transmission lines,substations,renewableenergyfacilities,pipelines,orrelatedheavycivilwork).
• Bachelor’sdegreeinconstructionmanagement,Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Proficientintheuseof Microsoft Officeandstandardcomputerapplications .
• Displayahighlevelofinitiative,effort,andcommitmenttowardscompletingassignmentsinatimelymanner.
• Abilitytoidentifyproblems;determineaccuracyandrelevanceofinformation;usesoundjudgmenttogenerateandevaluatealternatives,andmakerecommendations.
• Effectivecommunicationskills,interpersonalandorganizationalskills,andastrongworkethic.

Compensationrangeforthisroleis $70-85k.
