Our client, a children's apparel manufacturer, is seeking a creative Assistant Designer to join their team!
Please note, this role is onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities- Assist across the design process from concept through final product
- Conduct trend research and comp shopping
- Organize mood boards
- Assist with sample management
- Attend fittings
- Create CADs
- Sketching
- Develop BOMs and Style Detail Sheets
- Input data into PLM
- 1-2+ years experience in Fashion Design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
