ABOUT VCCP HEALTH

VCCP Health is a specialist agency that was set up to bring greater strategic rigour and raise creative standards in healthcare communications. Our aim is to bring the VCCP Challenger Spirit to the healthcare sector, not settling to do things as they’ve always been done, but rather look at how things could be done differently.

The agency works on prescription, medical devices, animal health, OTC & wellness brands, developing the full range of materials required for communications aimed at healthcare professional and consumer audiences. THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious and highly creative Associate Creative Director team to be a part of our newly forming and exciting Creative department in VCCP Health New York.

We are looking for a duo who are articulate, curious, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment across a range of projects.

Whilst the successful team needs to be natural self-starters, it is also important that you have significant healthcare advertising experience due to the level of craft and understanding we need from you in being the spearheads for all things creative.

The role works across a range of brand campaigns and pitches, working closely with our UK Creative Team, Medical Writers, and working in close collaboration with our Chief Creative Officer.

You will be articulate and highly visual, with a passion for ideas in all shapes and sizes, from the smallest health space (e-details, email campaigns), through to launch films and content, experiential, and everything in between.

You’ll always demonstrate big thinking and add value to every project. You’ll answer the brief with simple, relevant and unexpected ideas, and thoughts that will surprise and delight our clients.

You will adapt to the needs of each audience and turn the agency’s first person insights into big, engaging conceptual thinking.

Pivotal to the role is the ability to work under tight deadlines. You’re team players, positive and able to collaborate well.
