Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Product Development Coordinators and Managers on sample statuses and art-related discrepancies
- Coordinate with Internal Production Team and Factories on missing samples and sample/art changes
- Collaborate with External Licensing Partners for sample approvals
- Follow style through to completion over several months
- Review samples (and strike-offs) for quality and art discrepancies
- Determine which samples need to be saved or discarded
- Photograph samples and upload to PF (our product life-cycle management system)
- Maintain a sample log outlining the status of each style
