Overview

Patreon is a media and community platform where over 300,000 creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.

Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:

• $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception

• 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and

• 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.

We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Product Manager, Core Experience to support our mission.

This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

The Creator Success team is shaping the core experiences that make Patreon the best place for creators to connect with all of their fans and share their creative work. We’re evolving Patreon beyond a paid-only model into a destination where creators can engage and grow their entire audience. Our work spans a wide range of creator- and fan-facing experiences, including onboarding, content creation, creator pages, and vertical-specific tools.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Creator World team. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution for how creators bring their content to Patreon and how that content is presented to fans. You’ll focus on making Patreon the best home for our target creators — owning the creator page experience, helping creators showcase their work more effectively, building out video and podcasting tools, and shaping the fan journey from first interaction to long-term engagement.

You’ll work closely with world-class designers and engineers, and partner with go-to-market teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality product experiences.

• You have 3+ years of product management experience, with a successful track record of launching consumer products that solve real user problems.

• You’re scrappy, thoughtful, and driven — you take initiative, ask the right questions, and figure things out when the path isn’t already defined.

• You care deeply about product quality and craft — you have a strong eye for UX and can recognize what makes an experience feel cohesive, clear, and polished.

• You understand when to use qualitative research, quantitative data, or both — and how to translate those insights into product priorities.

• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to influence without authority.
