Events Management Associate

Overview

Our client is a Jewish educational non-profit organization. They are seeking an Events Management Associate to join the team. This position is hybrid (2/5 days in office) and requires occasional evening and weekend event support.

• Oversee planning and execution of a variety of in-person and virtual events, such as lectures and galas
• Plan and manage event budgets in coordination with senior leadership
• Provide travel and logistics coordination for speakers and VIP guests
• Manage event guest lists, invitations, registrations, and post-event follow-ups
• Work collaboratively with marketing team to develop promotional materials
• Contract and coordinate with vendors such as venues, catering, and audio-visual technology
• Provide occasional real-time event coordination and support during evenings and weekends
• Salary Range: $65-70k annually, based on experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in Events Management
• Non-profits and/or Raiser’s Edge experience, a major plus!
• Able to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events
• Experienced with budget management and vendor/contract negotiation
• Focused, organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
• Passionate about Jewish education
