Summary

We’re looking for a Creative Manager to lead and scale our marketing design function. This is a player-coach role where you will manage a small in-house design team and external partners while contributing hands‑on to creative production. You will ensure every asset, from web pages and emails to ads, videos, and presentations, is visually exceptional, on brand, and built to perform.

You will bring structure, creativity, and innovation to how we design for growth, leveraging brand templates, AI, and modern tools to increase speed, scalability, and consistency across the organization. This role is ideal for a creative leader who loves blending design strategy, people development, and performance‑driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership and Management
  • Lead and mentor the creative team, including a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, and freelance designers and videographers.
  • Establish clear processes and expectations for creative production to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand deliverables with quick turnaround times.
  • Provide constructive feedback, career development, and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Creative Production and Execution
  • Oversee concepting and execution of digital marketing assets, including web pages, emails, ads, social media content, videos, and event materials.
  • Ensure all designs support marketing goals such as lead generation, opportunity creation, bookings, sales enablement, and event engagement.
  • Maintain alignment with brand identity and messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to produce creative that drives measurable results.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce standards for corporate templates, including presentation decks, email signatures, and document templates, ensuring brand consistency and ease of use across teams.
Process, Tools, and Scalability
  • Implement and optimize creative workflows to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Create and manage scalable design systems and templates that empower the organization to produce on‑brand materials efficiently.
  • Leverage AI tools, templates, and automation to enhance creative output and scalability without sacrificing quality.
  • Manage external creative partners, freelancers, and agencies to extend team capacity when needed and within budget.
  • Maintain a shared asset management system to streamline collaboration, access, and version control.
Brand Stewardship and Performance
  • Review performance data regularly to inform creative decisions and iterate on what drives engagement and results.
  • Partner with the Demand Gen, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to connect creative output to performance metrics, including lead conversion, sales team adoption, and campaign ROI.
  • Own and evolve brand guidelines and corporate standards to maintain a cohesive identity across internal and external communications.
  • Elevate the brand through thoughtful storytelling, design innovation, and creative experimentation.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in design or creative roles, with at least 4 years in a manager or team lead capacity
