Sprayground Bags, under the Morét Group umbrella, is a leading youth accessories lifestyle brand, headquartered in Miami with a location in the garment district of NYC. We’re looking for a full‑time Junior Illustrator/Designer to join our ever‑growing design team.

At Sprayground, you won’t simply be an artist, you will be a fashion designer, using your talents to create art for bags, duffles, apparel and many other silhouettes that will make heads turn in the streets. We shake up the fashion industry with bold designs, beautiful pieces of art, and uniquely constructed bags the likes of which aren’t seen anywhere else.

You will be tasked with creating fully‑fledged illustrations using our internal Intellectual Properties (IP’s) as well as licensor IPs. We are a hard‑working team free of ego and ready to lift one another up to be successful.

Supports the Design Team with all phases of line development (concept sketches, trend spotting, finished art, tech packs, corrections)

Work with 3rd Party Licensors art & assets (Sponge Bob, Rick & Morty, Sesame Street, Pink Panther, etc.)

Possible travel for design inspiration and store meetings

Illustrator proficient in comic, illustrative and freestyle hand drawing

Ability to execute artwork in different styles

Familiarity with Mac platforms, Wacom products

Proficient in both Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Adobe family of software

Understanding of typography & graphic design

Knowledgeable with basic principles of Illustration (perspective, color theory, etc.)

Organized, detail oriented, self‑starter eager to learn and able to own their work

• Technical specs of accessories experience
• Knowledge of materials and printing processes as they relate to accessories design
