• Support all administrative duties within the department
• Organize logistics, including shipping (both international and domestic) & local messengers
• Maintain Celebrity & Influencer closet sections, ensuring clean and organized areas
• Coordinate with Celebrity Assistant & Influencer Coordinator in regards to requested look/sample availability; assist with pulling samples
• Fielding incoming & outgoing samples, keeping detailed records of loan outs (The Vault)
• Support gifting initiatives within the department
• Event preparation for fashion shows, brand celebrations, and more

• Entry-level, ready to break into the fashion industry with relevant industry internship experience
• Ability to work in NYC office 4 to 5 days a week
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Drive
• Pop culture and social media savvy, in the know of current trends across social media and celebrity

• Well-versed in the world of celebrity, influencers, and content creation
• Highly organized, ability to manage logistics, calendars, and inventory
• Works well in a fast-paced environment; flexible and adaptable
• Strong written & verbal communication; team-oriented with a can-do attitude
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with PR/CRM tools (Launchmetrics, Vault, or similar)
