Pacha New York is a large-scale music and nightlife venue located in Brooklyn, presenting global electronic artists, live performances, and cultural programming. As part of The Pacha Group’s international portfolio, the venue combines advanced production technology, hospitality services, and community-focused programming to create a leading destination for music and entertainment in New York City.

Position Overview

Pacha New York is seeking an experienced and highly creative Content Manager to lead the end-to-end content strategy and execution for the venue across all digital and campaign touchpoints. This role is responsible for shaping the visual identity of Pacha New York, ensuring all content reflects the energy, scale, and cultural impact of one of the world’s most iconic nightlife brands.

Working closely with the Marketing, PR, Programming, and Events teams, the Content Manager will oversee video production, event coverage, and creative output across live shows, campaigns, and brand moments. The role requires a strong understanding of music, nightlife, and live events, with the ability to manage creators, deliver high-quality content at pace, and maintain creative excellence in a fast-moving, night-time-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end content production for Pacha New York, ensuring consistent quality, creativity, and brand alignment across all outputs.
  • Produce and oversee video, photography, and digital content for live events, campaigns, artist features, and evergreen brand storytelling.
  • Plan and manage content coverage for all shows, events, and activations, including on-site execution during event nights.
  • Source, brief, and manage videographers, photographers, and content creators, ensuring clear deliverables and timelines.
  • Define content formats, visual styles, and creative guidelines to maintain consistency across internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Programming, and Events teams to align content with campaigns, announcements, and partnerships.
  • Oversee content workflows, asset management, and delivery, ensuring materials are organised, accessible, and delivered on time.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience in content production, videography, or digital media roles
  • Experience working with large-scale venues or entertainment brands
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience developing brand visual guidelines and content playbooks
  • Established network of content creators, videographers, and photographers
  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and live event schedules

Salary Range: USD 110,000 – 120,000 per year (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)
