This is a full-time on-site role for a Mandarin Influencer Event Coordinator located in New York, NY. We are looking for a Mandarin Creator & Influencer Event Manager to lead and scale our offline influencer and brand event ecosystem in the U.S. market.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build event momentum, not just execute single events — someone who can continuously plan weekly and monthly event themes, build partnerships, activate venues, and collaborate closely with influencers and brand clients.

You will work at the intersection of offline events, creator marketing, and brand partnerships, helping us create high-impact influencer experiences that drive both brand visibility and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute weekly and monthly offline influencer and brand events
  • Develop event themes aligned with seasonal trends, brand campaigns, and creator culture
  • Build long-term event calendars to maintain consistent market presence and momentum
  • Identify opportunities to scale recurring event formats (pop-ups, creator meetups, brand activations, etc.)
Venue & Partnership Development
  • Source and manage relationships with venues across NYC / U.S. local markets
  • Negotiate venue usage, sponsorship opportunities, and co-branded activations
  • Identify potential partners including brands, community organizations, and creator groups
  • Explore opportunities to monetize event space through brand rentals and collaborations
Influencer & Creator Coordination
  • Work closely with Mandarin-speaking influencers and creator communities
  • Coordinate event invitations, attendance tracking, and creator experience management
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key creators and talent managers
  • Support influencer content planning tied to event activations
Event Execution & Operations
  • Coordinate vendors including photography, videography, catering, production, and logistics
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost efficiency
Event Performance & Heat Management
  • Track event performance including attendance, influencer reach, social engagement, and content output
  • Continuously optimize event formats based on performance data and community feedback
  • Help drive “event heat” — ensuring consistent buzz, attendance growth, and creator participation
Basic Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of event planning or event operations experience in the U.S. market
  • Experience organizing offline events such as pop-ups, brand activations, influencer events, or community events
  • Strong Mandarin and English communication skills
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, or talent agencies
  • Strong project coordination and multitasking ability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in influencer marketing, Tik Tok ecosystem, or creator economy
  • Experience managing recurring event programs (not just one-time events)
  • Strong network within Mandarin-speaking creator communities in the U.S.
  • Experience working with event venues or brand partnerships
