POSITION SUMMARYThis person will be responsible for assisting in styling and managing all samples for all styleouts, photo shoots, fashion presentation, wholesale runway shows, styling sessions, providing styling direction to wholesale partners, and any additional styling required for all company needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Act as a liaison with Merchandising to coordinate sample requests and prepare meetings for all styleouts, photoshoots, fashion presentation, wholesale runway shows
- Prepare styleouts, styling boards, inspiration boards, and presentations for the team
- Prepare for fashion show presentations with all teams and handle all elements of coordinating styling for the presentation
- Execute based on style direction from CEO and freelance stylist for all photoshoots and fashion show presentations
- Work with production team to prep and execute all lookbook, ecommerce, editorial shoots, fashion presentations, runway shows, and social needs
- Manage styling for all ecommerce shoots
- Develop ALICE + OLIVIA style guide and provide all styling direction to wholesale partners
- Prep styleout recaps and shot lists for all shoots prior to shoot
- Post shoot, outline all items captured and items that are still outstanding of being photographed
- Execute assigned department tasks
- Be available for any styling required for all company needs
- Set up new vendors in Net Suite, Blue Cherry
- Ability to be flexible in various situations

- Internships in styling for College Graduates and / or 1-2 years experience in styling if without a college degree
- Strong opinion and knowledge on fashion trends, inspiration, history, sensibility, and design
- Strong communicator
- Ability to assist in shoot production as it relates to prepping and breaking down for all photo shoots (Carry heavy items and trunks, physically able to stand and change models in 8-10 hour shoot days)
$55,000 - $65,000 base salary (This is a non-exempt, overtime-eligible position; overtime is paid in accordance with federal and state wage laws. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other AO employees.)
