Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to help shape the brand voice of one of the most innovative companies in the automotive technology industry. This on-site role blends creativity and strategy—producing compelling social content, engaging with our growing online community, and driving measurable awareness across all major platforms.

- Execute results-driven social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
- Develop, curate, and publish engaging content for all social media platforms, with a focus on automotive repair, diagnostics, and innovation.
- Create and edit written, photo, video, and graphic content for use across multiple channels.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of influencer marketing strategies and partnerships, identifying new opportunities for collaboration with creators, technicians, and industry influencers.
- Attend trade shows, events, and training sessions to capture and produce live social content.
- Maintain a unified and consistent brand voice across all social platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage a content calendar and coordinate timely publication.
- Monitor industry trends, social conversations, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Engage daily with users—responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to build community trust.
- Track performance metrics, prepare social media analytics reports, and provide insights to guide future content.
- 2–5 years of professional experience managing social media accounts or developing content for a manufacturer or product-based brand—automotive, tools and equipment, or technology brands a plus.
- Passion for social media, storytelling, and community engagement.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and workflows, specifically related to automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, or similar).
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent digital media tools.
- Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills.
- Strong social listening and communication abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A proactive self-starter who brings creative ideas and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with DSLR photography, videography, and video editing a plus.
- Interest or background in the automotive or technology industries is a plus.
