Role: Project Manager
Location: New York, United States
About the roleYou’ll be the operational engine behind creative production that powers the client’s marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. Working at the intersection of project management and creative delivery, you’ll transform marketing objectives into structured production plans with clear timelines and deliverables. We’re looking for someone who can balance competing priorities while maintaining visibility into production progress for all stakeholders. Success means delivering campaigns that meet deadlines and quality expectations while optimizing production efficiency.
Whatyou will be doing
- Manage end‑to‑end production workflows for tier 2 and tier 3 creative across multiple marketing channels
- Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking for concurrent campaigns
- Build production schedules that balance creative quality with business deadlines and budget constraints
- Facilitate communication between creative teams, account managers, and the client’s stakeholders
- Create project documentation, status reports, and efficiency metrics for studio leadership
- Coordinate campaign activation across email, social, display, and subscriber communication channels
- Implement quality assurance processes that ensure brand consistency and editorial standards
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase throughput
- Unlock the value of AI through implementing AI Assistants, workflows, and tools across the project lifecycle
- Manage a team of offshore Project Managers
- Experience managing creative production in agency, in‑house, or media publishing environments
- Project management skills that coordinate multiple work streams while maintaining quality and deadlines
- Proven ability to work with creative teams and understand production requirements across different media
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign deployment processes
- Organizational skills that maintain clear visibility into project status and resource utilization
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping teams focused and productive
- Understanding of creative production tools, digital asset management, and campaign activation platforms
- 4‑6 years of project management experience in marketing, media, or creative production
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $89,250.00 to $99,750.00 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
