Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a talented, detail-driven Graphic Designer to support our growing brand across digital, web, studio, and retail touchpoints. As the Graphic Designer, you’ll partner closely with our Marketing, Retail, and Operations teams to bring the NYP brand to life across campaigns, studio experiences, and merchandise. From email graphics to in-studio signage and merch tech packs, your work will be seen — and felt — by our community.

This is a full-time position, working closely with the owners and founders of NYP. This is an ideal opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward fitness or lifestyle environment.

• Design marketing email graphics (campaigns, announcements, promotions)
• Create web design for site updates, launches, and digital campaigns
• Design in-studio signage (posters, window vinyls, way finding, class promos)
• Support merchandise graphics, including logo placement, artwork, and tech packs
• Prepare print-ready and production-ready files for vendors and manufacturers
• Maintain visual consistency with NYP brand guidelines across all assets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams
• Turn around assets efficiently in response to evolving business needs

• 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Extensive portfolio demonstrating brand-driven, clean, modern design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
  Figma a plus
• Experience with print production, file setup, and vendor handoff
• Merchandising and apparel/retail design experience strongly preferred
• Fitness, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
• Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working on multiple projects
• Ability to take creative direction while also working independently
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Competitive Pay + Benefits: $60,000-$80,000 based on years of experience, eligible for accrued PTO, Healthcare and 401k
