What You’ll Do
  • Develop and lead seasonal creative concepts from initial ideation through final execution, crafting compelling narratives that align with business objectives.
  • Build creative decks for concept development and go-to-market presentations, clearly articulating the creative vision and cultural insights.
  • Own photoshoot preparation, including detailed shot breakdown decks covering casting, props, locations, photographers, stylists, and shot lists.
  • Provide on-set art direction to ensure visuals are aspirational, culturally relevant, and connected to the target audience’s experience.
  • Manage asset organization, selections, and sharing workflows, leading retouching processes and approvals to maintain visual storytelling and quality standards.
  • Lead creative execution for go-to-market presentations and launch materials, ensuring product stories are woven into culture-driven narratives.
  • Mentor and develop members of the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, cultural insight, and thoughtful idea generation.
  • Lead creative reviews and approvals across projects, managing timelines and workflows for larger creative initiatives.
  • Present work to leadership and CEO-level stakeholders, articulating both creative vision and cultural insight with confidence.
Must‑Have Qualifications
  • Senior‑level experience setting and leading creative vision across seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, and multi‑channel launches for a fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand or agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to evolve creative expression through culturally relevant, next‑generation‑forward ideas while protecting brand equity.
  • A highly collaborative leadership style with deep experience partnering closely with creative, social, design, and copy teams to deliver cohesive, product‑driven, culture‑connected ideas.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and the ability to create presentation‑ready documents.
  • Proven ability to translate cultural, fashion, and consumer insights—particularly next‑generation behaviors, trends, and aesthetics—into creative strategies that drive both brand relevance and business impact.
  • Exceptional taste level and creative judgment, with the ability to elevate creative quality across photography, design, copy, social, and storytelling.
  • Experience partnering at a senior level with marketing, merchandising, production, and leadership to align creative vision with commercial and consumer goals.
  • A track record of mentoring, developing, and inspiring high‑performing, multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Ability to manage complex timelines, multiple work streams, and competing priorities while maintaining creative excellence and cultural relevance.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills, with comfort presenting big ideas and strategic narratives to senior leadership.
  • A strategic yet hands‑on approach, equally comfortable shaping overarching concepts and guiding execution to ensure creative integrity at every touchpoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for photoshoots and key creative moments.
