The Stylist, Brand Styling is a hands-on creative contributor responsible for supporting the execution of the brand’s styling vision across seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special projects. This role partners closely with the Manager, Brand Styling and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure styling aligns with product intent, brand standards, and commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented creative problem solver with a strong foundation in product, assortment, and fit. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and plays a key role in translating creative concepts into polished, market-ready visual executions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the product look selection process and assist in developing outfitting decks and styling tools that clearly communicate product benefits, attributes, and fit.
- Attend photoshoots, fittings, and brand events alongside senior styling leadership, serving as a support voice for product accuracy, styling intent, and brand consistency.
- Assist in the execution of styling shoots and seasonal initiatives under the direction of the Manager, Brand Styling.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across product development, sampling, production, merchandising, creative, post-production, and operations.
- Collaborate on outfitting deliverables to ensure alignment with brand styling guidelines and overarching creative direction.
- Review and submit retouching notes with a focus on product accuracy, proportion, and visual consistency.
- Coordinate sample style-outs, including organizing samples, managing room setup, tracking sample flow, and partnering with operations to ensure timely delivery and verification.
- Provide ongoing day-to-day support to the brand styling team across key seasonal milestones and deliverables.
- 4–5 years of experience in fashion styling, visual merchandising, marketing, or a related fashion-focused discipline.
- Strong foundational knowledge of fashion product, garment construction, fit, and styling principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Excel.
