Location: New York

Randi Rahm Atelier is an American couturier that produces one-of-a-kind clothing made directly in our NYC atelier. The female led couture house’s creations have dressed iconic stars such as:
Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Beyonce, Billy Porter, Joan Rivers, and Catherine Zeta Jones as well as a variety of private clients.

The studio is actively seeking a studio coordinator, who will be a key member of the team.

This full-time role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in the fashion industry and a love for couture. This position requires an independent thinker who understands the intricacies of working within a boutique fashion house, where collaboration across all departments is essential and no task is too big or too small.

How you will contribute:

  • Maintain consistent PR and collaboration
  • Maintain brand appropriate social media presence and activity
  • Communicate with the production team to coordinate production time and ensure quality.
  • Maintain office organization.
  • Organize and input vendor information and data
  • Communicate with vendors.
  • Manage Interns and their respective projects
  • Maintain consistent PR and collaboration
  • Maintain brand appropriate social media presence and activity

What Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • Previous experience at a luxury fashion brand is strongly preferred.
  • Administrative Organization
  • Ability to organize and maintain digital files and physical records
  • Social Media Management
  • Strong understanding of Couture and how it differs from other sectors of the fashion industry.
  • Extensive experience with fabric sourcing and understanding of textiles and trims.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills; able to multitask with grace in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach.
  • A true passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and working in a creative space
