This is a role for a person who lives and breathes social and has helped major brands transform their approach through breakthrough content across platforms. Someone who is curious and takes the time to educate themselves on the latest creative techniques and formats. Who can break down the latest celeb beef. Explain the backstory of every meme. And might even be a content creator themselves.

Your portfolio reads like an epic FYP. You’ve helped clients become famous in the feed. You can chat it up with CMOs like it’s NBD

Overview

We’re looking for internet culture geeks, meme aficionados, Tik Tok and Reddit natives, who love staying on top of the latest cultural phenomenon to inspire and create cool s***.

Chronically online? That’s table stakes. As part of a growing team, we’re looking for someone who's an expert at translating insights into impact. Someone who understands the depths of subcommunities, can easily spot cultural shifts and lives in the comment sections of the newest social platform.

In short, we’re looking for an out-of-the-box creative leader prized to break the internet and trades.

Responsibilities
  • Lead teams’ conceptual and strategic thinking across multiple platforms
  • Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your teams’ ideas
  • Build relationships with agency capabilities including strategy, media, data and analytics and tech
  • Appreciate and advocate for craft across capabilities, including production and tech
  • Build trust with clients, understanding their business to find opportunities
  • Recruit and retain creative talent, building a team with a breadth and depth of relevant skills
  • Work with HR and Creative Operations to manage direct reports’ daily workload and career development
  • Challenge yourself creatively, staying up to date with the industry and culture p drive our creative culture both inside and outside of the agency
Qualifications

Who you are

  • You’re obsessed with internet culture, the latest memes and trends, online subcultures and communities
  • Four-year degree and 8-10 years of experience in social media marketing
  • You’re excited and inspired by the world of social media - the first to share among colleagues and friends the latest trends, effects, tracks, etc. on Tik Tok
  • You’re a storyteller who can create captivating insights that range from educational to aspirational and everything in between
  • You have a hands‑on, get it done, make cool sh

  • Collaborative and a team player
  • You’re interested in and understand Millennial, Gen‑Z and Gen Alpha culture
  • Have a skillset for and are interested in content creation on social
  • You have managed teams of creatives with hybrid expertise from art directors, copywriters, editors to makers and creators.
  • You have vast experience working with creators and influencers
  • You have a clear POV on what makes for standout creative in the social feed that you could confidently share with Fortune 500 CMOs
  • You have a social‑centric portfolio
