Overview
As a member of the Social, Creator & Earned team, youwill collaborate closely with leaders and teams across Publicis Groupe - including Influential, Captiv8, MSL, BBH, Digitas and more - to create strategic, go-to-market solutions that harness the power of Publicis’ unique capabilities, accelerating growth for clients. You Will report to and partner with the President of this new capability to design integrated offerings that meet the demands of today's audience-first marketplace, build centers of excellence driving innovation in social and creator marketing, and serve as a strategic partner to client leaders as they navigate the evolving media landscape.
A senior creative leader responsible for driving social‑first, creator‑led, and earned‑driven ideas that break through culture and deliver measurable brand impact. This role blends creative vision, cultural fluency, platform expertise, and team leadership to produce work that earns attention organically and moves business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead development of social‑first, earned‑first creative ideas that resonate culturally.
- Set and uphold a high creative standard across all work.
- Ensure ideas are entertaining, shareable, and platform‑native.
- Maintain deep understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Snapchat, X, Reddit, Discord, Twitch, and emerging platforms.
- Track cultural trends, creator ecosystems, and audience behaviors.
- Translate insights into ideas that feel native, not adapted.
- Co‑develop ideas with creators and unlock their unique voices.
- Build strong relationships with creators, influencers, and cultural collaborators.
- Develop creative platforms designed to scale through people, not just paid media.
- Oversee concepting, scripting, and production of high‑quality social content.
- Maintain strong creative craft in both fast‑turn and long‑lead environments.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across creative, strategy, influence, social, and production.
- Foster collaboration across insights, data, and earned media.
- Mentor emerging social creatives and support their growth.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on culture, audience behavior, and social‑driven creativity.
- Translate cultural intelligence into ideas that drive engagement and earned outcomes.
- Build trust with senior clients through confident, modern creative leadership.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and internet culture.
- Proven track record leading creative teams in fast‑paced, culturally driven environments.
- Strong ability to develop platform‑native, earned‑first creative ideas.
- Curious, culturally fluent, and passionate about how people communicate today.

Compensation Range: $ - $ annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
