Duration: 5-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour (W2)
About the RoleWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Styling professional to support the development of visual concepts for upcoming campaigns and brand initiatives supporting the PINK business line. This role focuses on building styling narratives, developing presentation visuals, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure creative concepts are clearly defined before moving into production.
This is not a hands‑on or on‑set styling role. Instead, the position centers on “styling on paper,” translating design direction, CADs, and product concepts into cohesive styling stories that guide future photoshoots and creative execution.
You will join a collaborative team of seven, work closely with three key partners, and report directly to the Styling Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Develop visual styling concepts and storytelling materials based on design CADs, product direction, and seasonal creative strategy.
- Build polished presentations and outfitting decks using Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on InDesign.
- Gather insights from design, merchandising, and product development teams to ensure styling intent aligns with brand objectives.
- Partner cross‑functionally to translate concepts into clear creative direction for downstream execution.
- Commission and hand off approved concepts to the creative team for photoshoot production.
- Provide organizational and project support to ensure styling deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Help shape pre‑production materials that inform campaign imagery and marketing assets.
- Approximately 4–5 years of experience in styling, visual design, fashion marketing, or a related creative function.
- Background in the fashion or styling industry with an understanding of product presentation and visual storytelling.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required, along with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, Keynote, and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross‑functional partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Team of seven with close day‑to‑day collaboration with three partners.
- Direct reporting line to the Styling Manager.
- Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in Manhattan.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who enjoys developing styling stories and translating product concepts into compelling visual narratives. This role is best suited for someone who prefers concept development and collaborative creative work over hands‑on, on‑set styling execution.
