Location: New York

Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a women's fashion house to hire a Visual Coordinator.

This three month, hybrid temp assignment is 5 days/week onsite in Times Square. There is potential to extend.

The pay is $24/hr.

Description

The Fashion Visual Coordinator is responsible for the creation and execution of visually compelling displays that align with the brand's aesthetic and seasonal vision. This role involves editing photos, photoshopping images for the monthly visual guide, executing visual floor sets, and ensuring the store environment is aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate will be an Adobe expert with a strong eye for detail and some experience in visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and enhance photos for the monthly visual guide, ensuring high-quality, on-brand imagery.
  • Retouch and manipulate images using Photoshop to create visually appealing content for promotional materials and store displays.
  • Execute floor set visual merchandising, including steaming garments, dressing mannequins, and organizing product displays to meet brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure cohesive visual presentations in-store.
  • Ensure all visual displays are maintained and refreshed regularly to align with the latest trends and store objectives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of seasonal floor sets, coordinating with store management and the design team.
  • Provide guidance on how to best display and arrange products to highlight new collections and key items.
  • Ensure all visual elements of the store are in line with brand standards and visually appealing to customers.
  • Assist in organizing and managing visual assets, maintaining a well-organized library of photos and visual references.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, with a strong understanding of visual composition.
  • Some experience in visual merchandising or floor set execution is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
  • A strong sense of fashion trends and visual presentation.
  • A keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to execute floor sets with a strong understanding of spatial design and customer experience.
  • Passion for fashion, visual merchandising, and photography.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and trends.

This is a W2 position.
