Location: New York
Music Directors Needed for Spring After‑School Theatre Programs
KJK Productions is seeking music directors for elementary school after‑school theatre programs presenting junior versions of musical productions at various schools in Westchester County, NY. Production schedules: most schools after‑school on Mondays through Fridays for two consecutive weeks, with performances on the second Saturday of the program.
Responsibilities- Teach, coach, and review music with elementary school students in grades K–5.
- Accompany rehearsals and performances live on piano or run accompaniment tracks for rehearsals and shows.
- Collaborate on a variety of musical productions (titles vary by school).
- Experience working with children is required.
- Background in theatre education is preferred.
- Having obtained NYS Fingerprint Clearance is required.
- Access to a car is a plus, but not required.
- Part‑time independent contractor role.
- Paid per production.
- Transit for schools accessible via Metro‑North railroad is reimbursed.

$35.00 – $45.00 per hour.
