1. Content Producer Duties
  • Copywriting:
    Research, write, and edit compelling and engaging copy for various media and formats (brochures, web, email, social media, blog posts, podcasts, etc.).
  • Content Development:
    Research and develop original on-brand copy for blog articles.
  • SEO Writing:
    Adhere to best-practice SEO-writing techniques, including keyword integration and organic research.
  • Proofreading:
    Proofread marketing copy to ensure brand compliance, tone of voice, messaging, quality, and accuracy.
  • Production Planning:
    Support the planning, scheduling, creative briefing, and production of international photo and video shoots.
  • Art Direction:
    Share the responsibility for the art direction of photo and video shoots, taking creative responsibility.
  • Logistics Management:
    Manage the logistics and operations throughout the shoot.
  • Digital Asset Management:
    Own and manage the digital asset management library, train users, and manage licenses.
  • Video Editing:
    Work with existing video content to produce social media cutdowns, videos for paid media advertising, and videos for internal audiences.

    Enhance the presentation of stories through the use of photos, video, and other multimedia content.
  • Headline Writing:
    Write smart, pithy headlines that grab readers’ attention.
  • Digital Discovery:
    Use social media and digital tools for news gathering and discovery.
  • Traffic Monitoring:
    Monitor traffic and overall site metrics.
  • Digital Asset Creation:
    Responsible for creating all digital marketing visual assets, including weekly email campaigns and flows, some social posts, web pages, campaign landing pages, contest pages, and paid media ads, both static and motion, based on the brand style guide.
  • Visual Sourcing:
    Source inspiration images and video within and also outside of the fragrance/beauty vertical for social platforms.
  • Customer Journey Visualization:
    Understand the customer journey and can visually guide a user from brand introduction to loyal customer.
  • Creative Development:
    Gather design references and create mood boards/animatics to communicate/pitch ideas.
  • Digital Communication Management:
    Own day-to-day, hands-on execution of website, email, and SMS communication: managing weekly site updates and building email campaigns and flows.
3. Content Producer Accountabilities
  • CMS Management:
    Create, update, and maintain web content in CMS applying digital best practices for page layout.
  • SEO Content Creation:
    Conceptualizes, drafts, executes, and maintains SEO friendly digital content with primary audiences in mind.
  • Engagement Optimization:
    Identify opportunities and propose solutions to drive traffic and increase engagement.
  • Data Analysis:
    Analyze and leverage data-driven insights to help support the overall digital marketing strategy and improve lead conversion.

    Serve as CMS expert with a deep understanding of platform functionality and a plan to continually enhance the platform.
