We’re Heartbeat, the marketing agency for Healthcare Challenger Brands and the brave clients behind them. We are looking for a Senior Designer to help create impactful work that meets creative and business goals. The Senior Designer cultivates the digital integrity of our brands and has a portfolio centered on inventive interactive solutions. Strong visual design skills, UI and web design experience, and an understanding of unique digital experiences are required.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you’re bringing with you:
- Expert‑level knowledge in digital design best practices, including responsive UX/XD
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign)
- Strong print experience with tactics like brochures, one‑sheets, and event materials
- Solid verbal and written presentation skills
- Comfort and experience leading client conversations and meetings
- Strong creative problem‑solving skills
- Excellent understanding of composition, color, imagery, typography, and all that jazz
- Self‑motivated, team‑frickin’ player
- Ability to self‑manage time, process, and workflow within tight deadlines
- Passion, curiosity, and understanding for all things digital
- Partner with creative directors and designers to define and translate strategies into effective visual communication
- Champion, define and implement unique design solutions across digital media
- Conceive of original ideas that bring simplicity and clarity to complex design challenges

Compensation Range: $66,785 - $101,085 annually. Temporary roles may qualify for benefits after meeting criteria. For regular roles, medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off are offered. Final date to receive applications: 1/20/2026.
