Mobile UI Designer

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6+ month W2 contract to potential conversion FTE

We’re seeking a Mobile Designer with a strong foundation in UI and visual design to help shape beautifully crafted, user-centered mobile experiences. You’ll work across iOS and Android platforms, transforming complex problems into intuitive, engaging, and visually polished solutions. This role requires a sharp eye for layout, color, and typography, as well as the ability to design scalable interface systems that bring brand stories to life through motion and detail.

• Design elegant, high-quality mobile app interfaces across iOS and Android platforms.
• Develop and maintain visual design systems
  , ensuring brand consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate user needs into intuitive, visually rich mobile experiences.
• Create pixel-perfect mockups, prototypes, and design specs for development handoff.
• Incorporate motion design and micro-interactions to enhance usability and delight.
• Conduct design QA to ensure fidelity and excellence in final implementation.
• Stay current with emerging trends in mobile UI, design systems, and visual storytelling
  .

• 4+ years of experience designing for mobile applications (iOS, Android, or both).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design
  , visual design
  , and mobile interface work
  .
• Proficiency in Figma
  , Sketch
  , and/or Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  .
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable components.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with prototyping tools like Principle, Framer, or Proto Pie.
• Experience designing for B2C or consumer-facing apps

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $75.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
