Work Type: Onsite / Hybrid as required

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Graphics Operator to support virtual and in-person community programs and events. This role partners closely with internal investment, executive, and administrative teams to help design, plan, and execute high-quality events that strengthen executive and leadership communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events throughout the year
  • Design and produce event-related graphics and presentation materials
  • Manage event logistics including invitations, RSVPs, vendors, venues, and materials
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate timelines and deliverables
  • Track budgets, expenses, and metrics related to event and community ROI
  • Assist with content planning and speaker preparation
  • Maintain organized documentation for events, materials, and processes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Project coordination or project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting corporate, executive, or community events
  • Familiarity with Private Equity, Asset Management, or Financial Services environments
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate or professional services setting
