Job Title: Graphics Operator
Location: New York, NY (200 West Street)
Duration: 12 Months +
Work Type: Onsite / Hybrid as required
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Graphics Operator to support virtual and in-person community programs and events. This role partners closely with internal investment, executive, and administrative teams to help design, plan, and execute high-quality events that strengthen executive and leadership communities.
This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing creative work with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events throughout the year
- Design and produce event-related graphics and presentation materials
- Manage event logistics including invitations, RSVPs, vendors, venues, and materials
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate timelines and deliverables
- Track budgets, expenses, and metrics related to event and community ROI
- Assist with content planning and speaker preparation
- Maintain organized documentation for events, materials, and processes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Project coordination or project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience supporting corporate, executive, or community events
- Familiarity with Private Equity, Asset Management, or Financial Services environments
- Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate or professional services setting
- Highly proactive and resourceful
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Creative with strong operational discipline
- Comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and executives
