Snowball is seeking a Video Producer to lead the creation of high-impact You Tube content for a leading privacy-focused technology company that's revolutionizing digital security and communication.

Their mission centers on providing secure, user-friendly alternatives to conventional tech solutions through end-to-end encryption and open-source development.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a growing You Tube channel's content strategy, crafting engaging, informative, and visually compelling stories that educate users about digital privacy and security. As Video Producer, you'll own the entire You Tube production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring the channel delivers high-value, original content that resonates with a global audience.

You'll work alongside Snowball's team of digital storytelling experts—leaders who have collectively grown You Tube channels to 27M+ subscribers and generated over 10B views through innovative creative formats. • Develop and execute a You Tube-first content strategy that aligns with the company's brand, mission, and audience.
• Tell compelling stories about privacy-focused technology and its role in transforming digital communication, security, and data storage.
• Transform complex cybersecurity and privacy topics into accessible, entertaining, and informative narratives.
• Lead the full You Tube production cycle—from concept development and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing.
• Experiment with long-form storytelling formats to engage audiences and position the company as a thought leader.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align storytelling with brand goals and global initiatives.
• Partner with the Snowball team to analyze performance data, refine strategy, and optimize for channel growth.

• 5+ years of experience as a video producer, filmmaker, videographer, or content creator with a strong storytelling portfolio.
• Proven ability to develop content roadmaps that align with brand messaging and audience interests.
• Demonstrated passion for privacy, cybersecurity, and digital freedom.
• Excellence in translating complex technical topics into compelling narratives.
• Self-motivated with strong project management skills to run an independent production pipeline.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content teams.

• Experience creating documentary-style content or educational video series.
• Deep understanding of You Tube best practices, audience engagement strategies, and platform trends.
• Previous work with technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity brands in a content production role.
