• 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising design.
• Strong background in visual retail beauty execution, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices and terminology.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively.
• Intermediate proficiency in digital execution tools and techniques.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Highly adaptable and receptive to constructive feedback, demonstrating resilience and a collaborative spirit.
• A team player who is easy to work with, focused on execution, and contributes positively to team dynamics.
