AND Gather is a creative production studio that builds and scales content engines for high-growth consumer brands. We produce video, static, AI-generated, and UGC content at volume across 8-10 active client accounts at any given time. Our team spans editors, designers, AI specialists, and producers working across multiple time zones to deliver hundreds of assets per month.
We move fast, we care about craft, and we are looking for someone who can own the production pipeline without needing their hand held.
The RoleWe are hiring a Creative Production Manager to take ownership of day-to-day creative production across a portfolio of client accounts. This is not a project management role where you shuffle tickets around. You will be the person responsible for ensuring high‑quality creative assets move from brief to delivery on time, every time.
You will manage a team of editors, designers, and AI content specialists. You will review assets for quality, relay client feedback with precision, coordinate delivery schedules, and catch what everyone else missed. You will work directly with the founder on creative direction and strategy, and you will have enough creative judgment to approve routine assets independently.
This role sits at the center of everything we do. If production stalls, clients notice. We need someone who thrives in that kind of environment.
What You Will Do Creative QC & Asset Review- Own first‑pass review of all video and static assets before they go to clients -- catching errors in copy, DISCLAIMERS, aspect ratios, backgrounds, and brand consistency
- Review AI‑generated content for visual artifacts, text rendering issues, and creative quality
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to editors and designers so revisions happen in one round, not three
- Manage a team of 8-12 editors, designers, and AI specialists across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Assign tasks based on editor skill sets and availability, set deadlines, and follow up without being asked
- Own the end‑to‑end workflow: raw content intake, editor assignment, QC review, approval routing, client delivery
- Keep Asana (or equivalent) updated with briefs, assignments, and status -- not as busywork, but as a real source of truth the team relies on
- Prepare and send weekly asset deliveries across all accounts you own
- Manage delivery tracking sheets, naming conventions, and folder structures so nothing gets lost
- Handle client‑facing communication on Slack Connect and email -- relaying feedback internally and pushing approvals externally
- Write client‑ready delivery summaries (WTD and MTD reports) that are clear and accurate without someone checking behind you
- Write or refine creative briefs for editors based on client strategy and campaign goals
- Make informed creative decisions on routine assets (standard reskins, UGC edits, static variations) without needing founder approval on every piece
- Contribute to brainstorms, pitch prep, and campaign planning with a production‑informed perspective
- Stay current on platform trends (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube) and bring ideas to the table for what is performing
- 3‑5+ years in creative production, post‑production, or content operations at an agency, studio, or in‑house brand team
- You have managed editors or designers before and know how to give feedback that actually makes work better
- You have a sharp eye for detail – you notice when a font is off by 2px, when a CTA is missing, when a video cuts a frame too early
- You can juggle 5‑8 client accounts simultaneously without dropping balls or needing constant reminders
- You write clearly and concisely – your Slack messages, emails, and briefs do not require follow‑up questions to be understood
- You are comfortable with tools like Asana, Figma, Dropbox, Shade, Google Drive, Notion, and can learn new platforms quickly
- You understand the basics of video editing workflows (cuts, transitions, aspect ratios, compression) even if you are not editing yourself
