As a key member of the design team, you will drive the creation of commercial, brand‑aligned designs, ensuring flawless execution and a keen eye for both style and functionality. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners, mentor junior talent, and continuously push the boundaries of design excellence.

• Create compelling, brand‑aligned commercial designs that translate conceptual direction into successful products.
• Lead product development with a strong focus on style, functionality, and material innovation.
• Execute designs with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring speed, agility, and flawless delivery.
• Develop design sketches and prototypes, providing precise specifications for production.
• Refine and adapt designs based on critical feedback, guiding them to finalization.
• Confidently present design concepts and market insights to internal leadership and cross‑functional partners, utilizing both digital presentations and product reviews.
• Implement strategic processes to deeply understand and proactively respond to customer needs and market demands.
• Actively research and recommend new ideas, conduct competitor analysis, and stay ahead of market trends.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with merchandising, product development, and other key partners throughout the design lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, providing effective conflict resolution.
• Mentor, inspire, and develop emerging design talent within the team.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize design processes for enhanced efficiency and faster delivery.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet budgetary and timeline constraints while upholding the highest standards of design excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Design or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience within a comparable retail or consumer goods environment.
• Exceptional design talent, possessing a strong commercial fashion sensibility and an acute eye for product styling and performance details.
• Proven track record of creating original design sketches and successfully launching product lines.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment with a customer‑centric approach.
• A proactive champion for change, capable of reacting with speed and agility to evolving demands.
• Highly motivated, passionate, and results‑driven with a flexible, creative problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to undertake moderate domestic and minimal international travel.
