- Partner closely with Design to communicate artwork design and colors to mills
- Responsible for managing and tracking strike-offs from mills
- Sending comments to mills and documenting in Airtable
- Tracking WIP progress and reporting stats weekly
- Shipping color standards and artwork to print mills
- Receiving strike-offs/sample yardage from mills to present to design and prepare meeting agenda
- Filing & maintaining seasonal strike-off binders
- Responsible for maintaining print archive – keeping print area organized/clean
- Organize and maintain XD/Airtable bases for Collection Prints
- Prepping for design meetings – assisting with putting presentations together
- Code and approve invoices in Ariba
- Assist with other department tasks as needed
Salary range: $65,000 - $129,225 annually
