ÉTOILE is a female-founded, celebrity-loved and fast-growing global beauty accessory brand based in New York. As we scale across DTC and wholesale channels internationally, we’re looking for a senior, commercially minded operator to run the engine of the business.
This role reports directly to the Founder and will directly help build and scale ÉTOILE’s community and cultural presence. This is a strategic but hands-on role for someone who understands how modern brands grow — through creators, storytelling, and genuine connection. You will own our influencer ecosystem, help scale our community platforms, and drive content execution together with our Founder.
Responsibilities Content Management- Create, manage and execute the content calendar
- Source, organise, and amplify UGC and creator content
- Maintain consistency of brand voice and cultural relevance
- Increase content output without compromising brand taste
- Develop repeatable content series
- Brief founder-led content in a structured, scalable way
- Liaise with content team and freelancers - generate creative ideas that reflect our brand mission
- Grow and nurture ÉTOILE’s community across platforms (Instagram broadcast channel & Shop My)
- Develop initiatives that turn customers into superfans and contributors
- Plan and execute community events, drops, and brand moments
- Plan and execute intimate, high-frequency community activations in emerging spaces and culturally relevant moments (e.g. Fashion Week)
- Strengthen retention, loyalty, and repeat engagement
- Build and manage ÉTOILE’s always-on seeding program
- Identify emerging creators early and build long-term relationships
- Track and optimise influencer performance (sales, reach, UGC, ROI)
- Turn creators into consistent brand advocates
- Own community and influencer revenue targets in partnership with paid + DTC
- Track and report on content-to-conversion metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV impact)
Build repeatable frameworks for creator ROI measurement - Identify opportunities to convert high-performing organic content into paid amplification
- Support wholesale launches through coordinated creator moments
- Deeply understands modern brand building, creators, and internet culture
- Strong taste level and highly aesethetic - you love to curate your Instagram grid
- Both strategic and hands-on — you think and execute
- KPI-driven and performance aware, not just creative
- Naturally curious about emerging creators, platforms, and trends
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving parts
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Passionate about beauty, lifestyle, and community-driven brands
- 4+ years in influencer, community, brand, or content roles
- Experience at a beauty, fashion or lifestyle brand preferred
- Proven ability to manage influencer programs and creator relationships
- Track record of driving engagement, growth, or brand momentum
