Key Responsibilities Manage client communication and production meetings, ensuring clear updates on budgets, scopes, and project status Define and manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with technical and creative leads Oversee project teams, facilitate communication, and support team growth throughout all project phases
Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in producing interactive experiences in a creative industry
Experience with tech-based live events is preferred Proven ability to translate ambiguity into concrete project plans Experience in event production, budget management, and logistics Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
