Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Proven track record in delivering high-performing social-first video content for platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram Strong technical expertise in editing and post-production with advanced experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Experience in motion graphics and keyframe animation Understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement drivers Knowledge of emerging AI tools for video production is a plus
