A company is looking for a Creative Producer, Events.
Key Responsibilities Manage project intake, scoping, and scheduling for print and digital asset production Maintain project timelines and ensure milestones are met across all deliverables Serve as the primary point of coordination between the creative team, stakeholders, and vendors
Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative, marketing, or events environment Experience managing high-volume production workflows for print and digital assets Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar) Experience coordinating with external print vendors and managing file delivery timelines Solid understanding of creative production processes and asset versioning
