We value creativity, compassion, and making a tangible difference while offering high-quality clothing products. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Designer to support our design team.
This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career designer who is excited to learn the full design and development process within a growing fashion brand. This position will work closely with our Lead Designer and assist in bringing new collections from concept to production.
- Assist with creating and updating tech packs for production
- Support the design team with CADs, colorways, and Illustrator updates
- Organize Pantones, fabrics, trims, and design references
- Assist with sample tracking and organization
- Help prepare materials for factory communication and revisions
- Assist with line sheets and seasonal collection organization
- Support with fit comments and tech pack updates after fittings
- Help maintain organized design files and product development timelines
- Assist with photoshoot preparation and product styling needs
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 0–2 years experience
- Familiar with Adobe Illustrator
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong interest in apparel design and product development
