Summary

Hands-on Graphic Design Manager on the Creative Services team at the New York City SoHo headquarters responsible for defining and executing the brand's visual systems across digital, motion, and emerging platforms. The role blends design, art direction, motion, and experimentation and requires a strong point of view on color, typography, composition, and storytelling. The manager will bring modern tools including AI into the creative process and collaborate across creative, marketing, e-commerce, and product teams.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual language across digital, motion, and print.
  • Design and execute flexible, recognizable, and scalable visual systems across platforms.
  • Create assets for web experiences including homepages, landing pages, and interactive storytelling.
  • Develop email designs that balance brand expression with clarity and performance.
  • Design and animate motion assets including video edits, GIFs, and animations.
  • Create digital media assets for paid social, programmatic, and brand campaigns.
  • Explore and apply AI powered creative tools and emerging technologies to ideation and workflow.
  • Work closely with creative, marketing, e-commerce, and product partners to deliver cohesive creative.
  • Receive and integrate creative direction while maintaining high standards of execution and detail.
Requirements
  • Digital first portfolio demonstrating exceptional aesthetic judgment and fluency across static and motion.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Comfort with animation and video and experience integrating AI and emerging creative tools.
  • Clear point of view on color, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong cultural curiosity across fashion, art, design, music, and contemporary culture.
  • Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion or culturally driven brands preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain quality in a fast paced environment.
  • Open, curious, and collaborative mindset with desire to continuously evolve creatively.
